CINCINNATI – September 7, 2017 – Ultimus Fund Solutions®, LLC (Ultimus®) is pleased to announce that it was selected by Ranger Global Real Estate Advisers (Ranger Global) to provide a turnkey middle office service solution for the firm’s institutional separately managed accounts (SMAs) and retail mutual funds. Ranger Global, a New York based SEC-registered investment adviser with approximately $500 million in assets under management, selected Ultimus after an in-depth evaluation of industry-leading service providers. Ranger Global concluded that Ultimus’ experienced staff, coupled with their robust technology platform, would be able to fully meet their middle office service requirements both now and into the future.
Despite Ranger Global’s aggressive project timeline, Ultimus’ proactive onboarding process, enabled Ranger Global with full middle office operational functionality shortly after engaging Ultimus. For Ranger Global’s mutual funds, Ultimus will provide services such as trade processing and settlements, monitoring and communicating voluntary corporate actions, global investment performance standards (GIPS) calculations, performance measurement and custodian reconciliations. For Ranger Global’s SMAs, Ultimus will also provide adviser and client reporting in addition to the above services.
